No one left behind: digital education is key to inclusion, employability and active citizenship in Europe.
Through this initiative, adult educators, HR professionals, trainers and policy makers will have access to valuable resources that improve digital skills in essential areas such as online communication, job search and teleworking. In addition to technical skills, the project also seeks to boost the development of interpersonal skills, helping participants to manage motivation, stress and social isolation in a world where teleworking is becoming increasingly common.
With a digital platform at the heart of the project, educators will be able to assess their skills, participate in specialised training and connect with colleagues across Europe to exchange ideas and experiences. More than 100 educators and adult professionals will benefit directly from this initiative, with at least 500 people benefiting from our outreach initiatives. By ensuring inclusion and equal access, the project will contribute to strengthening education in diverse communities and fostering a more connected, skilled and resilient workforce in Europe
